1.,Don't let questions stress you up!

For speakers and presenters, question and answer times tend to evoke a lot of pressure, stress and anxiety. Most speakers prepare well for their speeches but do feel helpless and unprepared when it comes time for questions.

2. How questions should be viewed and approached

* Firstly, you should realise that people generally ask questions because they want to know/clarify something. Stop seeing questions as an attack on you, your speech or your presentation.

* Listen carefully and nod graciously when a question is asked - then respond if you have to.

* Some questions, called rhetorical questions, don't necessarily require you to answer them at all times. These questions are disguised statements and letting the 'asker' know that you have noted their point might be all you need to say.

* Plan for possible questions and have your ideal answers to those questions. Rehearse your speech in front of someone and let them ask you questions. Also hand them a copy to go thorugh and let them list questions as they read. This will give you some idea of what questions your audience would have.

3. Our Vision

Here in https://www.public-speaking-solutions.com, we believe in the power of words. We believe in the necessity of enhanced and effective delivery of speeches to create better understanding, empowerment and information. Talk should teach, guide, heal, empower and inspire. It should not destroy, demean, lie, gossip, cheat, swear, or destroy. That kind is cheap and useless. That is our vision and that is what we stand for.
