1. BODY IMAGE AND THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRESENTATION

=============================================

Well,believe it or not my dear friend - how you feel about yourself and the perceptions you hold about your body and/or looks, do have a great impact on the quality of your speech/presentation. If you feel good, you sound good. The body image I refer to here is more than just looking good; it is believing that you look great - it is accepting your being as is and feeling comfortable in your own skin. If you are able to feel good, you have already won half the battle.

2. A CHALLENGE FOR YOU

==============================================

Start giving yourself positive messages about how you look. Get it into your head that perfection is whatever you want it to be. You will start to feel better, and you will definitely gain more confidence for public speaking.

Oh, and by all means, please do not let your newly found positive body image cloud your judgement in as far as your choice of clothes is concerned. Do look presentable at all times. Consider yourself challenged.

4. Our Vision and purpose

=============================================

Here in https://www.public-speaking-solutions.com, we believe in the power of words. We believe in the absolute necessity and importance of enhanced & effective delivery of speeches to create better understanding, empowerment and information. Talk should teach, guide, heal, empower and inspire. It should not destroy, demean, lie, gossip, cheat, swear, or destroy - that kind is cheap and useless. That is our vision and that is what we stand for.
